Our Scheduled Maintenance program is our commitment to attempt to control unwarranted, premature deterioration of components and extend the useful life of your equipment. An example of this would be checking motor brushes and changing them before they wear so low they cause damage to the armature and motor failure.Scheduled Maintenance does not insure the total absence of breakdowns. Each component has an expected life and will eventually fail no matter how well maintained. The purpose of Scheduled Maintenance is to check and catch potential failure prior to their breakdown. By doing this and correcting the problem we minimize those surprise breakdowns and increase your UPTIME.

Battery Scheduled maintrenence

maintenance During battery scheduled maintenence, batteries will be washed in a special build wash cabinet with an acid neutralizer, and then blown off with compressed air, all cables, connectors, tips, inter-cell connectors, and vent caps are inspected for ware and proper operation, and all cell voltages and hydrometer readings are recorded. After the Scheduled Maintenance is complete all waste water is removed, tested and disposed of properly through EPA regulations. A detailed report is generated that will show all cell readings and findings of any repairs that are needed. By following these procedures will be able to catch a problem and possibly acid adjust, or run the battery through a constant current charger and load bank test; this can help keep from losing the complete battery.
